Egyptian and Nubian Cultures Merged.

Artistic Depictions Changed when Nubia and Egypt Merged


1. Nubia's goat wearing an ostrich feather sphere became a ram's head crowned with a sun disk.



2. Egypt absorbed the sphear Sun disk with horns


3. Nubia had a winged goddess and Egypt had a bird with a woman's head. Egypt's winged goddess merged.






4. (Note) Amun's original depiction was of a blue god and his invisibility was represented by the color blue-- the color of the sky.
